Here at the WCIRB we are committed to continuously improving our products and services to ensure that we are meeting the evolving needs of our customers. But we can’t do this without your help. Over the last couple of years, we’ve significantly expanded your options for providing us with your feedback. And all feedback – whether it comes from an e-survey, a customer advisory board, a focus group, an e-mail, a voicemail, or communicated directly to one of our staff – is taken seriously.

When you receive that e-mail survey from us asking you how we’re doing, you can be sure that the time you take to respond will be time well spent and will help us provide you the services that you need.

New Ways to Provide Your Feedback

To make it even easier to let us know how we are doing or to provide comments or suggestions on a particular product or service, you can now e-mail us directly at [email protected]. We will respond to all your emails within 2 business days.

In addition, WCIRB.com will soon feature a feedback button that allows you to quickly and easily offer a suggestion, a compliment, a complaint or any other comment you want to share with us to help improve your WCIRB.com experience. Keep a look out for the release of this new feature and give it a try.

Agents and Brokers – Our Next Survey is for You!

On Thursday, June 4 we will send our second annual WCIRB Connect Agent and Broker User Survey to all registered agent/broker users of WCIRB Connect. Last year's survey results included valuable feedback about how to make WCIRB Connect easier to use.

As a direct result of the survey, we launched many user requested changes such as a streamlined Policyholder Search page and improved on-screen instructions. While we think these changes have improved WCIRB Connect, we want to hear from you. Do you like the new policyholder search changes? Is it easier to use? What other ways can we improve your user experience?
