Special Industries

Certain industries in California have their own special classification procedures. These industries differ from other industries that are governed by the Single and Multiple Enterprises Rules. These special industries are:

  • Aircraft Operations
  • Construction or Erection Work
  • Electronic Products Design and Manufacturing
  • Farms
  • Stores
  • Wrecking or Demolition and Building Raising or Moving
  • Labor Contractors
  • Property Management or Operations
