The WCIRB has published two new modules to its Education on Demand library, The Workers' Compensation Dispute Process and About the WCIRB. These modules are available now in the Learning Center of www.wcirb.com.
The Workers' Compensation Dispute Process
Learn about the process for disputing an issue with the WCIRB or an insurer, including how to appeal that issue to the Administrative Hearing Bureau at the California Department of Insurance. This module explains the steps an employer can take to initiate a formal review of an issue, the requirements and deadlines involved, and what to expect in the process.
