The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) Actuarial Committee will meet at 9:30 AM on May 19, 2020 via webinar teleconference.

At the meeting, the Committee will discuss the WCIRB’s evaluation of the potential cost impact of the governor’s recent executive order establishing a rebuttable presumption applied to all California employees diagnosed with COVID-19 who were directed to work at their employer’s facilities.
