The California Department of Insurance (CDI) announced that it will hold a public hearing on October 5, 2020, to consider the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California’s (WCIRB’s) January 1, 2021 Pure Premium Rate Filing, which was submitted to the CDI on August 26, 2020.
