The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) Governing Committee will meet virtually at 9:30 AM on April 16, 2025. The meeting is open to the public.
At the meeting, the Committee will review the September 1, 2025 Pure Premium Rate Filing. A summary of the development of the indicated average September 1, 2025 pure premium rate based on the Actuarial Committee’s recommendations made at its April 10, 2025 meeting will be presented. Once approved, the WCIRB plans to submit the Filing to the California Department of Insurance by the end of April.
