Audit Requirements For Dual Wage Classification

Effective January 1, 2008, the California Workers' Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan - 1995 (USRP) was amended to clarify the regular hourly wage and record keeping requirements for assigning "dual wage" classifications. Insurers are now performing audits on policies incepting on and after January 1, 2008 and the WCIRB has provided additional guidance regarding the USRP requirement.
