This classification applies to the retreading or recapping of used tires, including but not limited to automobile, truck and aircraft tires.The manufacture of new rubber tires shall be classified as 4410, Rubber Goods Mfg.
Sales or service operations shall be separately classified using the applicable Automotive Industry or Aircraft Operation Industry Group classification.
