This classification applies to the extraction and refining of oil from vegetables, seeds (not cottonseed) and nuts, including but not limited to olives, peanuts, safflower seed, coconut meat and soy beans.This classification also applies to processing and refining waste cooking oil to produce fuel oil, including biodiesel.
The extraction and refining of cottonseed oil shall be classified as 4683(2), Cottonseed Oil Mfg. or Refining.
