On April 14, 2020, the WCIRB’s Classification and Rating Committee will consider three rule changes that WCIRB staff are recommending in response to the impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic on California employers and workers.
Earlier today, the WCIRB Governing Committee met to review the WCIRB Actuarial Committee’s analysis of December 31, 2019 California workers’ compensation experience.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis and Gov. Gavin Newsom’s stay-at-home order, the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (WCIRB) Classification and Rating Committee will meet at 9:45 AM on April 14, 2020 via webinar teleconference. The meeting is open to the public.
