As the designated statistical agent of the California Insurance Commissioner (Insurance Code §11751.5), the WCIRB proposes changes to advisory pure premium rates at least once a year for the Insurance Commissioner's approval. Details of the proposed changes are included in the pure premium rate filing submitted to the Commissioner.
