Footnote:

This classification applies to the erection and repair of oil or gas refineries and associated refinery equipment, including but not limited to casing head plants, cracking plants, polymerizing units, distillation units, compressor units, power plants, pumping units and piping.

This classification does not apply to a specialty contractor that performs a single construction or erection activity at an oil or gas refinery; such activity shall be assigned to the applicable construction or erection classification.

This classification shall not apply to storage tanks or pumping equipment that are not an integral part of the oil or gas refinery.
