This WCIRB CompEssentials Certification Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau of California (“WCIRB”) and is made effective when you click accept below. By clicking accept, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of this Agreement, the WCIRB Website Terms of Use, and the Accredible Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”). Violation of the Terms of Use may result in the revocation of your WCIRB CompEssentials Certified status as well as your right to use any representation thereof.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that WCIRB CompEssentials content is the exclusive property of the WCIRB and that the WCIRB retains all rights, title and interest (including intellectual property rights) in and to all content. The WCIRB CompEssentials Certified badge and certificate may not be modified or linked to a web address other than credential.net. You may not continue to use or display the WCIRB CompEssentials Certified badge after your certification has expired.
