Certain industries in California have their own special classification procedures. These industries differ from other industries that are governed by the Single and Multiple Enterprises Rules. These special industries are Aircraft Operations; Construction or Erection Work; Electronic Products Design and Manufacturing; Farms; Mining; Stores; Property Management or Operations; Wrecking or Demolition and Building Raising or Moving; and Labor Contractors.
Details concerning these special industry classification procedures can be found in Part 3, Section IV of the California Workers' Compensation Uniform Statistical Reporting Plan - 1995.
